This page allows you to submit press releases for syndication. It is essential that your content remains focused on your product or service and does not serve as negative publicity against competitors. To maintain the integrity of our platform, we only publish positive and promotional content.
2. Subscription Requirements
a. Subscription and Seed Credits
- To submit a press release, you must purchase seed credits, with each credit corresponding to syndication on one website.
- Seed credits are available in various denominations. You may view available packages under the Subscription Forms menu.
- Once you have an active subscription, you may proceed with submitting your press release.
3. Press Release Submission Requirements
When submitting a press release, you must ensure all required fields are completed. Required fields are marked in red boxes on the Press Releases page.
a. Mandatory Fields
- Title of the Article – Indicate the title of your press release. This title will be displayed across syndication platforms.
- Story Summary – Provide a concise summary of the story. This section must clearly outline the key message of your press release.
- Press Release File – Upload the press release in Microsoft Word or PDF format. The content must be in plain text, without embedded images.
- Image Attachments –
- Attach relevant images to accompany the article.
- We recommend using multiple images in 1920×1080 pixels (landscape orientation) to provide cover photo options.
- At least one image is required, but multiple images are encouraged for variety.
- If submitting images via a .zip file, ensure the total file size does not exceed 10MB.
4. Publishing and Subscription Charges
a. Publishing Timeline
- You may choose the date for publishing your content.
- Submissions should be planned in advance, as the content will be published no earlier than three (3) working days from the date of submission.
b. Charging to Subscription
- The system will display all your active subscriptions.
- You can select the number of platforms for syndication.
- Seed credits may be allocated across multiple active subscriptions.
c. Monthly Seed Balance
- Your remaining seed credit balance will be displayed, indicating the credits available for future press release submissions.
5. Optional Content
You may provide additional content for enhanced syndication, including:
- Additional Photos – If you wish to submit more images beyond the required attachments, you may upload them to Google Drive and share a link with full access for downloading.
- Alternative Titles – You may provide up to ten (10) alternative titles for your press release. If no alternatives are provided, we will use the main title you submitted.
- Social Media Captions – If you wish for your press release to be posted on social media, you may submit up to ten (10) caption options. If left blank, no captions will be added.
6. Publishing Process
Once we receive your content, we will proceed as follows:
- Content Screening –
- All submissions will be reviewed for compliance with Google and Facebook Content and Community Standards.
- We reserve the right to reject content that is defamatory, libelous, misleading, illegal, or violates platform policies.
- Additional reasons for rejection include content that promotes hate speech, violence, explicit material, or unverified claims.
- Unaltered Publishing –
- Approved content will be published as submitted.
- The content will be uploaded directly to the portals deemed appropriate within our network.
- Publishing Schedule –
- The press release will be published on the chosen date during working hours.
- Reporting Process –
- Stage 1: Link Reporting – Within 24 hours of publishing, a report will be provided listing all syndication links. The status will update from NEW to PUBLISHED (Link Report Ongoing).
- Stage 2: Media Value Reporting – Once the media valuation report is completed, the status will update to PUBLISHED (Media Value Report Ongoing). This process may take up to seven (7) working days, as media valuation is conducted by our external partners.
- Once both reports are finalized, the status will change to PUBLISHED (Completed).
7. Terms and Conditions
a. Scope of Service
- The Newsstand Service covers syndication across online magazines and blogs owned and managed under the PAGEONE Online Network.
- Once the press release is published and the reporting process is completed, our service is deemed fully delivered.
b. Content Lifespan
- Published press releases will remain online for one (1) to two (2) years from the date of publication.
- If a website is unpublished for any reason, Newsstand is not obligated to republish the content, as service is considered completed once publication and reporting are done.
c. Content Unpublishing Policy
- To maintain the credibility of our platforms, we reserve the right to unpublish content if it generates negative engagement on social media.
- The content will be removed from the specific platform where negative comments were received.
- If the content receives negative engagement on five (5) or more platforms, it will be removed from all platforms where it was syndicated.
- We are not responsible for removing content that has been republished on third-party websites or indexed on search engines.
- No refunds will be issued for unpublished content.
d. Legal Accountability
- If the company behind Newsstand faces legal disputes due to a client’s content, the client shall bear full legal responsibility, including all legal expenses incurred by Newsstand.
